Diagnostics
Most cars today have an Engine Control Unit (ECU) fitted to recognise any faults that occur. These ECUs are connected to various sensors within the engine and other components. When a sensor picks up a fault, it sends a message back to the ECU to display a warning light on your dashboard. This in turn will generate a fault code that we can read with our diagnostics equipment. If a warning light appears on your dashboard don’t just leave it, as it could be very serious. When this happens, it is time to call an expert. When you bring your car to Franky Does It of Crawley, we can determine what the fault is and quickly get you back on the road.
